I have a my space page. It's: www.myspace.com/heathergrunstra
I am not reading "She's Come Undone" by Wally Lamb. I am feeling more like nonfiction than fiction right now so I am going to read "Dewey: The Small-Town Cat Who Touched the World" a nonfiction book by Vicki Myron. I bought it today on sale in hardcover. I'm looking forward to reading it very much. I hope it is as good as it sounds.
A Waldenbooks near me is closing this January 24. I'm so disappointed and sad over it. It's one of my favorite places to go. It's heartbreaking.
I also bought a history book (nonfiction; not a historical novel) on the knights templar, which I'm looking forward to reading also. I'm feeling very positive right this minute. I hope this feeling continues for a long, long time. Usually, it's the opposite.

Reading
Instead of reading "Crocodile on the Sandbank" by Elizabeth Peters next (though I am going to read it soon), I'm starting "She's Come Undone" by Wally Lamb. It looks like my kind of thing, but I'm NOT reading it because of Oprah.

Today is Christmas! Merry Christmas Everyone!
I finished David Gregory's "Dinner With a Perfect Stranger". It was really great. I'm starting to read a new novel, "Crocodile on the Sandbank" by Elizabeth Peters.

Happy Holidays Everyone!
I'm fine. I hope you all are well too.
I'm just starting to read "Dinner With a Perfect Stranger" by David Gregory. Next, I'm thinking of reading "The Lovely Bones" by Alice Sebold. After that, I'm thinking of reading The Lord of the Rings trilogy by J.R.R. Tolkien.
My fiction writing is coming along slowly. I haven't written poetry in a long time. I'm getting back into journal-writing offline.
I still suffer from depression and anxiety attacks but it's becoming more manageable.
I like this time of year.

Hi all! Sorry it's been awhile.
I'm thinking of changing my username, but haven't made up my mind yet.
I have decided to write short stories for awhile instead of working on something longer.
I'm reading 2 collections of short stories: "The View From Castle Rock" by Alice Munro and "Interpreter of Maladies" by Jhumpa Lahiri, winner of the Pulitzer Prize. They are both excellent and interesting. I need to read a lot more and a variety.
Law & Order, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and American Idol are among my favorite TV shows. The finales are over and the summer reruns have set in.
Have a Happy Memorial Day today, USA!
